With the aim of enhancing the anti-corrosion resistance strength of our bimetallic screw, our Co. had, in the year 1997, imported from Japan a spray coating equipment and after repeated testing, had discovered that this kind of coating treatment can produce a 0.15-0.2 mm coating single thickness of Wc/Co, CrC/NiCr anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion resistance surface.

Special Features of Nitriding Furnaces
In order to provide high quality surface hardness, an improved method of nitriding whereby a more equitable gas distribution can be achieved is introduced into our nitriding treatment process, so that an even layer of hardness is obtained on the articles treated.
